10th Kandy Guides was formed in 1937 and continues to be active and vibrant even today. Weekly meetings are held and the guides are prepared for their 2nd class, 1st class badges. In the last decade 9 students have received the prestigious President's Guide badges. Camp, Camp fires, hikes, badge work, sin songs, nature rambles traveling are regular features.

Guides always have the privilege of according a 'guard of honour' to distinguished chief guests at all important school functions. Mrs. Irish de Silva, Miss Rita Wijesinghe have been guide captains for many years. At present Mrs. Keshika Willathgamuwa is captain of the guides and Little Friends.
