Alohomora '25, the Prefects’ Day organized by the Prefects’ Body of Good Shepherd Convent Kandy, inspired by the spell Alohomora, meaning “to unlock” was held on the 5th of May 2025The event symbolized the unlocking of leadership, friendship, and potential.

Prefects from schools across Kandy came together for this unique celebration, making it a memorable and collaborative experience. The day featured a range of engaging and interactive sessions, all infused with creativity, teamwork, and a magical touch, creating a platform to learn, connect, and grow as young leaders.

The highlight of the event was the address by the Guest Speaker Mr. A. Mathiesha Mahamalage, Human Resource Development Manager at Star Garments (Pvt.) Ltd., Katunayake, whose motivational speech inspired the young prefects to embrace leadership with confidence and purpose.
