Held on June 26th in the School Main Hall, English Day 2025 celebrated student talent under the theme “A Walk Down Memory Lane: A Walk to Remember.” The event was graced by Chief Guest Rev. Father Rasika Perera, Accompanying Formator at the National Seminary, Ampitiya.
The programme featured vibrant performances, including powerful oratory, a choral recitation of Macbeth and Harry Potter, the humorous skit “The Language Twist,” and musical presentations such as “Rhythmic Reflections” and “Endless Dreams.” Certificates were awarded to students from Grades 6 to 13 in recognition of their literary achievements.
The celebration concluded with an inspiring address by the Chief Guest, emphasizing the importance of learning the English language. It was a day of creativity, confidence, and celebration.
