The Sacrament of the First Holy Communion is a special experience in the spiritual life of every Christian as they receive Jesus Christ – Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity – in the Eucharist for the very first time.

About 27 Communicants from the Primary Section of our school, received their First Holy Communion on the 4th of May 2024, Saturday. The Holy Eucharist was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Lakmal Perera in the school chapel and the impactful message delivered by the priest strengthened the spiritual life the young Shepherdians who received their First Holy Communion, their parents and families who had gathered to celebrate this joyful experience.
