The Primary Investiture Ceremony for the year 2024 on the theme “Humility in Leadership” was held on 5th April 2024 in the school main hall. The ceremony commenced with a short meaningful prayer service conducted by the newly appointed prefects. The message was delivered by Rev. Father Jessiah Ronninson, Administrative secretary to the Bishop of Kandy. This was followed by the blessing of the badges - a symbolic gesture that sanctifies the responsibilities conferred upon the new leaders.

This was followed by the pinning of the badges. The school captain for the year 2024, handed over the symbolic towels of leadership to the newly appointed committee - an act reminiscent of Jesus washing the feet of his disciples in order to strengthen the virtue of Humility in leadership and emulate other related virtues such as faith, responsibility, care, devotion, commitment, dedication, love, fellowship and so on and Finally, the outgoing committee formally handed over the School Flag and the House Flags to the New Primary School Committee symbolizing the transfer of responsibility.
