"One Soul is worth more than the whole world"

A Thanksgiving Mass for Rev. Sr. Chandrika Perera was held on the 16th of December 2022 at the Convent Chapel. Rev. Fr. Milroy Fonseka, Procurator General/ General Manager of Catholic Schools (CP), conducted the service. Sister Chandrika was escorted in a procession led by the School Western Band to the Main Hall for a Felicitation Programme. The theme of the programme was "One Soul is worth more than the whole world". Dances and songs were performed by the students invoking blessings upon Sister Chandrika and expressing their gratitude and a speech was delivered by three senior students in all three languages as a tribute to Sister. The highlight of the programme was an amalgamation of 3 stage plays written and directed by Sister Chandrika which were performed on stage.

Rev. Fr. Milroy Fonseka expressed his gratitude and appreciation for Sister Chandrika's services to the school and commented on the rapport and good relations maintained by Sister with the teachers, parents and students.
