Prefects Investiture Ceremony 2018
“For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, through many are one body, so it is with Christ” – 1 Corinthians (12:12)
The Prefects Investiture Ceremony of Good Shepherd Convent, Kandy was held on 27th January 2018.
A prayer service, to bestow blessings on the newly appointed committee was conducted by Rev. Fr. Milroy Fonseka the Vicar General and Manager of Catholic Schools of Central Province.
The New Committee, comprising of the finest young leaders, were bestowed with the cardinal responsibility of protecting the standard of the school.
The committee took up a solemn oath to follow the path of the Good Shepherd.
The out-going senior prefects were appreciated for their immense dedication and the outgoing leadership they rendered to the Good Shepherd Convent, during their period of leadership.
