“My soul doth magnify the Lord and my spirit hath rejoiced in God my savior.”

The maid of Nazareth consented to God’s plan; she journeyed on the pilgrimage of faith, she listened to God’s word and kept it in, her heart; She steadfastly in close union with her son, went all the way to the foot of the cross and she preserved in prayer. Thus she won the crown of righteousness, life, and glory.

The month of May has been especially dedicated to our Blessed Lady and it is the occasion for a moving tribute of faith and love which Catholics in every part of the world pay to the Queen of Heaven.

In Honour of Mother Mary, The Holy Eucharistic Mass was celebrated in the school Main Hall by Rev. Fr. Sudath Rohana Perera on 31st May 2018.

The flower adorned chariot of Mother Mary was carried out in a solemn procession amidst showers of colourful flowers. The procession was led by the School Western Band.

The crowning of Mother Mary was done by the School Head Girl.

The Holy Rosary was recited by the students with love and devotion to their spiritual mother.
