The Feast Day of Rev. Sr. Chandrika Perera, our Principal was celebrated on 14th March 2018 at Good Shepherd Convent Kandy.

Holy Eucharistic Mass was celebrated in the School Main Hall by Very Rev. Fr. Milroy Fonseka, the Vicar General and Manager of Catholic Private Schools of Kandy Diocese, bestowing blessings upon Rev. Sr. Chandirka Perera.

In his sermon he preached about the unseen and untold side of a Good Shepherd, and also stated that in order to achieve a peaceful environment, it is the duty of a Shepherd to undergo pain and suffering when it comes to rendering a sincere service.

Tokens of love and appreciation were presented to Rev. Sr. Chandrika Perera as an expression of Gratitude for her devoted services towards the school and students.
