A prestigious title with many responsibilities, sacrifices, wisdom of clear understanding and insight in having good judgment the power to take clear decisions; devotion to work in the field of administration to maintain the good will and fellowship with the staff are exceptional virtues that are ordained and possessed by our New Steam Head.

The title of the Sinhala Stream Head was bestowed upon Miss. Priyadarshani Wijetunga on the 2nd of June 2017 in the Main Hall.

Holy Mass was celebrated by Very Rev. Fr. Milroy Fonseka the Vicar General and Manager of Catholic Schools of Kandy Diocese to evoke the blessings of Almighty God.

Miss. Priyadarshani Wijetunga is a Past Pupil of Good Shepherd Convent; worked as a teacher from 2001; a trained teacher who holds a Degree in B. A; she had also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, who had also followed a course in counseling and finally had worked under four Principles; is blessed to be eligible to become the New Sinhala Steam Head.
